Bloodmoon is a 2.5D horror roguelike set in a dark, medieval world where shadows aren’t just ominous—they’re alive. In this twisted realm, the darkness is a lurking, malevolent force that watches and waits, casting the player as both hunter and hunted. Step into the shoes of a brutal enforcer navigating cursed ruins, abandoned settlements, and eerie landscapes torn by despair.

The light is your only sanctuary, but it’s fleeting. As you venture further from your farmhouse, every step becomes a dangerous choice. Health and mana are tethered to the dim glow of your last refuge, forcing you to brave the dark if you want to survive. Master your spells to fend off the nightmarish creatures that were once human, and wield fire to scorch the horrors that claw their way from the shadows. From rats to zombies, each encounter is a life-or-death struggle, intensified by the haunting groans and whispers that echo through the world.

Early Access Note

Bloodmoon is currently in early access. Right now, you’ll face off against two terrifying monsters, but we already have artwork prepared for 18 more. Our plans include expanding the map significantly with new dungeons, rivers, towns, and more haunting landscapes. Future updates will also add more spells, power-ups and hidden treasures and secrets for you to discover. This is just the beginning, so stay tuned for updates as we continue to build the world of Bloodmoon.
